About me
My story
I am Yana. Professional Nutritionist
Economist with over thirteen years of experience in the banking sector. The corporate spirit and way of life helped me gain life and professional experience. Unfortunately, stress, hectic everyday life, and lack of time have changed me both physically and mentally.
Two years ago I made an important decision for me – to leave the corporate world and devote myself to development in other directions. My interest in medicine and biochemistry were leading.
I chose to study to be a professional nutritionist.
I signed up and here I am, sharing my knowledge and experience with you…
My method
I’ll teach you what to (not) eat, what your body needs to feel better, and how to shop for yourself, family, and friends.
With my guidance, we will work together to help you achieve your health goals. We will identify your specific health conditions and create a plan for how we can achieve your goals together.
Eating healthy is a lifestyle, not a fad.
I'm with you
You will get support all the way and help you get through the tough times. Everyone has their own reasons for living a healthier lifestyle, whether it’s for themselves, their family, or another reason.
Do you find it difficult to find the right path to a balanced and healthy diet?
Don’t worry, you’re not alone! I am here and I will be with you all the way through this fantastic trip!
You deserve to live and feel your best!
You deserve it!
I work with you to create a personalized meal plan and healthy habits.
I know how hard it is to find someone you can trust and follow. I have been on this path and in search of the right approach, I learned all the benefits of proper nutrition. The individual approach is extremely important, because we are all different people, we have different eating habits and, above all, different organisms. You will learn which foods are beneficial and how to combine them to get the most out of them. You will learn how to eat, how to control your weight, and improve your health. My goal is to help you during the adaptation of your body. Everyone needs someone to trust and to achieve a goal together. This is not a one-time weight loss, this is a change in your way of thinking and an investment in your health and that of your family.
Balanced nutrition
A good balanced diet is based on several principles. The daily menu should include foods that provide the body with the maximum amount of all food groups. So all systems can function optimally. Without a balanced diet, your body is more susceptible to disease, infection, fatigue and low performance.
Children who do not get enough healthy foods can face problems with growth, development, frequent infections and allergies.
Healthy eating as medicine
A healthy diet alone cannot and should not replace medication and prescribed treatment. Many diseases can be prevented, treated or even cured through dietary and lifestyle changes.
Many nutrients in food support health and protect your body from disease.
Consuming whole and nutritious foods is important because their unique substances work synergistically to create an effect that cannot be replicated by taking a supplement.
Weight control
A healthy body weight can be different for different people. The traditional way to calculate this weight is with the body mass index (BMI). This number can vary, but you are generally considered obese if your BMI is over 30. Body mass index is calculated by dividing the weight (in kilograms) by the square of the height (in meters). Changing your diet, behavior and lifestyle are the only methods to make lasting changes in your weight.
Actual results
Customized plans and coaching for your specific goals
Many people expect quick results – the truth is that there is no exact formula for achieving them. This is because every organism is different and reacts in different ways. We can rely on statistics – but my advice is: give yourself time! Work with persistence and persistence. Everything should be done willingly and easily. You set a goal and follow it. When there is persistence and knowledge, the results are certain.
